Requirements for the Sacrament of Marriage
Congratulations on your engagement! Catholic wedding ceremonies can be arranged at St. Anthony’s Church.
If one or both partners are members of St. Anthony’s Parish, please contact Fr. Andres a year prior to the ceremony to begin marriage preparation
➢ For registered parishioners, a donation of $800 is asked for the wedding. Choir is not included in this offering; it is separate.
➢ If neither Bride or Groom is a member, but the couple would like to use St. Anthony’s Church for the wedding, here is what we ask:
➢ Complete marriage preparation with the Catholic parish of the bride or groom, and complete all canonical paperwork there.
➢ Have the pastor or parish representative contact Fr. Andres and give permission to schedule a wedding here.
➢ Schedule a date with Fr. Andres’ help
➢ We ask for a non-refundable deposit to reserve the date of $100.00
➢ Offer $1,000 to St. Anthony’s for the use of the church. Choir is not included in it.
➢ Couples may arrange for their own priest or deacon to preside for the wedding. Or arrangements can be made for one of our clergy to perform the ceremony. Couples are responsible for the priest’s stipend.
➢ If you just want marriage preparation at St. Anthony’s, but not the wedding, we ask a donation of $80.

¡Felicidades por tu compromiso! Se pueden organizar ceremonias de boda católica en la iglesia de San Antonio.
Si uno o ambos socios son miembros de la parroquia de San Antonio, comuníquese con el P. Andrés un año antes de la ceremonia para comenzar la preparación del matrimonio.
